Baba Naik Mahavidyalaya is a flagship of Adventist Higher Education in Shirala and Shahuwadi Tahashil. This college was established in 1998. The main objective of the sanstha President Adv. Bhagatsing Naik for the establishment of this college is to provide higher education facility to hilly, rural, socially and economically backward class students and those students who are living in the forest area of this region.
